The figure (p47) of foresight in the present moment, thinking about the future and preparing so that at any particular moment they're ready to jump in and discuss.
Hindsight: dejected and wasn't prepared until the time had passed.
The window for talking isn't open indefinitely, there's a certain moment in which its necessary to participate.
The scale=balancing judgment of circumstance
there's a moment when the scales tip - you're waiting for them to come in balance

be aware of all positions, perspectives, attitude, investments in a topic in order to make effective arguments.
