2.) Some instances in which evidence of the senses may be unreliable: OJ and the glove, "powdery substances" that taste like nothing, and there is no end to instances in which two or more people hear the same person say the same sentence but they relate it back completely differently. Empirical evidence is not convincing because people are different and interpret and accept and acknowledge their sense differently. There are also ways to fool the senses.

4.) A friend of mine was recently killed when she fell, jumped, or was pushed from a moving vehicle. The only person present was the driver, who may have pushed her. His testimony is the only one available. I would call this unreliable evidence.
